Perth AFC is currently taking registrations for the age groups below. If you require more information before submitting this form please contact your coach, team manager or futsal@perthafc.com.au

Age Groups  

  • U7: Born in 2014, 15, 16

  • U8: Born in 2013 

  • U9: Born in 2012

  • U10: Born in 2011

  • U11: Born in 2010

  • U12: Born in 2009

  • U13: Born in 2008

  • U14: Born in 2007

  • U16: Born in 2005, 06

Junior Girls -

  • U14 Girls: Players born in 2007, 08, 09, 10​

Fees -

  • U7s to U8s - $420.00

  • U9s to U16s - $450.00

**Please note: Football West registrations will be $70 and will last till October 2022. The above fees do not include the Football West/Pro Futsal insurance Fee and fees do not include a playing kit which must be purchased via our online store. (Kits purchased during the 2021 Winter Season will still be worn for the upcoming season so a new kit will not be required)

Perth AFC is a registered KidSport Club.

KidSport vouchers can be used for registration/membership fees at any KidSport approved club including newly added KidSport Swim Schools. **See Below The Form For More Info**

KidSport vouchers have been doubled for 2021 to help families reconnect through sport.

In 2021, all eligible children will be able to access two $150 KidSport vouchers. The additional voucher will be accessible from 1 July 2021, enabling parents and guardians to support kids to access club sport and swimming lessons all year round.

Voucher 1 available January 2021 to December 2021. 

​

Voucher 2 available July 2021 to December 2021. 

​

KidSport vouchers can be used for registration/membership fees at any KidSport approved club including newly added KidSport Swim Schools.

 

Both vouchers may be used at the same club during the calendar year, however please remember that vouchers expire if not claimed within 90 days and vouchers should not be claimed retrospectively. 

With the addition of a second voucher, we are encouraging all families to get on and apply today to make the most of two vouchers in 2021.
