Perth AFC is delighted to announce the appointment of Rob Caruso as the Women's State League Head Coach for 2021.
With over 10 years of coaching experience in both Football and Futsal as well as playing at state level in inline hockey it comes to no surprise that the level of professionalism and dedication expected from his team will be high.
"The women's team at AFC has been leading the way for AFC at State League level for the past 2 seasons and I am excited at the opportunity to lead these girls to even more success in the short history of the club.
I am currently working behind the scenes by putting together a solid coaching team to help build a solid base for what will be a push to win the league as well as expanding our women's program." - Rob Caruso.
It is also exciting to see the work behind the scenes of both our Football and Futsal departments in which a restructure of how they will run from the women's side of the club. More will be released in the coming months so stay tuned!
A massive thank you to Gordana Caruso, our women's coach of the last 3 seasons who will be stepping into an assistant coach role in the 2021 season.
