Nearly But Not Quite Is The Best Way To Describe The Low Scoring Affair.

WSFL

Nearly but not quite is the best way to describe the low scoring affair. With Our leading goal scorer from last season sidelined by a contentious red card decision last week, it was time for the rest of the team to step up.

The girls were extremely unlucky not to at least draw the game but credit to South Perth. AFC played some very attractive Futsal throughout the game but could not find the back of the net. Defensively the girls were on top in that department and with Danielle making some very impressive saves keeping the girls within striking distance through the whole 40 minutes but it just was not to be.

With the way the girls are playing I think that the snow ball winning streak is just around the corner and with their appetite for a win growing, their great team spirit never waivering, I feel their first win will be the catalyst for the great season ahead of them.

Final Score-

AFC 0 defeated By South Perth 1

Player Of The Game Beck Bennett

The Draft girls played out a 2-2 Draw with South Perth in a great tussle.

Final Score-

Goal Scorers-
