A much improved performance from the Perth AFC lads this week against Curtin Footbalista but still find themselves suffering another frustrating loss.
With a few changes made to the usual squad, it was much the same with the boys conceding early and again finding themselves having to come from behind. Not at all looking out of place or out played AFC just couldn’t find any groove or rhythm which Footbalista had no trouble capitalizing on.
A well worked passage of team passing finished off with a cheeky flick from Dylan Steele who surely gets a look in for goal of the round, not only opened the scoring for AFC but kept the lads in the game. It was one of those games where AFC just seemed to always be chasing and couldn’t find the accendency to take control of the game.
Spiro Nenadicc managed to pull one goal back to make it 3-2 only for Footbalista to score a few more and extend their lead and end the match 5-2 winners.
What to now for Perth AFC Men’s who continue to struggle in 2019?
The team will be back in action in two weeks time where they face Spearwood Lions with both teams desperate for a win.
